Core Performance trainers will educate coaches and athletes in core performance skills for the purposes of achieving and maintaining balance of their inner game and to sustain exceptional performance. Our program combines a number of mental skills to include imagery and outcome language combined with  technology that allows the athlete to visually see on a computer screen how his/her thoughts and feeling affect their bodies physiology.  Once aware of these subtle discoveries the athlete gains self awareness to take their game to a new level.
